ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIPS

An athletic scholarship to the University of Arkansas enables a young man or woman to match full development of athletic potential with mastery of a challenging academic major at a distinguished university. Such a scholarship also provides a tremendous opportunity for our coaches to recruit nationally as they seek those special athletes whose talents will blossom in the UA environment.

The men and women who belong to the Razorback Foundation through their annual gifts to the Razorback Foundation make athletic scholarships possible. Annual gifts range from $50 to more than $20,000 (platinum level).

Our intercollegiate program could not exist without the scholarship funds provided by members of the Razorback Foundation. Their gifts are investments in the future of Arkansas’ talented young athletes.

An endowed scholarship not only can help provide the resources necessary to attract talented student-athletes to the University of Arkansas, it also insures the future of the Razorbacks by making sure that scholarship is available over the longterm. A fund can be named for the donor or for someone the donor chooses to honor.

By choosing to endow a scholarship, a donor is freeing the general funds of the Razorback Foundation to be available annually to support the program in other ways that keep the University of Arkansas on the cutting edge of intercollegiate sports.
