ORDER PRIORITY

NOTE: Within each donor classification, you are ranked by current year pledge to the sport in question, and then total lifetime giving.

As an example, a new ticket request by a new Broyles-Matthews Gold member is filled as the fourth priority, thus ahead of any seat improvement request of a Silver member. But, below the Broyles-Matthews level, all current Razorback Foundation, Inc., members' request for seat improvement are considered before any new ticket requests. Once all seat improvements are considered, then new ticket requests and position will be considered in the order of membership level.

An Important Message from the Razorback Foundation, Inc., Regarding Requests for Seating Improvements and New Tickets:

On behalf of the Razorback Athletic Department, we want to say "Thank You" for your purchase of season tickets and how much we appreciate your support of the Razorbacks. The annual ticket priority seating system was developed by the athletic department and is managed by the Razorback Foundation, Inc. We understand the importance you place on seat location and want to do all we can to make sure you have every opportunity for an upgrade.

Our ticket priority seating system is a fair and equitable process that takes into account your current donor classification, your current pledge to this sport and finally, your total lifetime contributions to the Razorback Foundation, Inc. The improvement list and new ticket list are prioritiezed in this fashion and we work with the Razorback Ticket Center until every donor's request has been reviewed. Unfortunately, due to the lack of turnover and availability, we are only able to help a small percentage each year.

If you made a request for improvement this year, we sincerely hope you were a part of this group. If not, then we understand your disappointment and remind you to make a request each year when you reorder tickets.
